For return and/or refunds are acceptable under the
Authorization from WinCrannell.com is required prior
to any return. All returns must be clearly marked with
a return authorization number and a copy of the original
to ensure proper credit. Items that are given as gifts
and wished to be returned please include a copy of
the original invoice. All returns and/or refunds must
be made within 30 days of order date on invoice. All
items returned must be in new conditions without signs
of use and/or personal inflicted damages besides
the normal wear and tear of correct usage. All returns
of saleable products are subject to a 25% restocking
fee. All returns shipping charges are at the cost of
the customer, and can be insured if desired. Any item
that is deemed defective should be returned to us immediately
for exchange or refund if necessary.

guarantee. If a item is broken or is not possible for

to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please
allow 15-20 days from receipt of the returned merchandise

we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order;
however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after
your order has entered the shipping process. Despite
our best efforts, a small number of the items in our
catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing,
we will do one of the following: If an item's correct
price is lower than our stated price, we will charge
the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's
correct price is higher than our stated price, we will,
at our discretion, either contact you for instructions

requirements. Taxes are therefore applied in certain

Domestic Shipments - Shipping charges to all contiguous
U.S. destinations are included with the prices of the

shipped the same day assuming the product is in stock.
We make every effort to ship your order within 24
hours after receiving. All orders will be shipped during
the normal business week, Monday thru Friday. Our preferred
carrier is UPS. All tracking information from UPS should
be available on your shipping confirmation from WinCrannell.com.
Please note that orders can be sent to post office
boxes and/or APO/FPO
addresses using USPS services.
Any items that are on backorder will be shipped as
soon as they become available. In most cases, we can
get the items within 4-6 weeks of your order. Each
customer has the option of receiving a partial shipment
if some items on your order are not in stock. In this
case, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping
charges that will apply.
