RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

For return and/or refunds are acceptable under the following conditions:

Authorization from WinCrannell.com is required prior to any return. All returns must be clearly marked with a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice/receipt to ensure proper credit. Items that are given as gifts and wished to be returned please include a copy of the original invoice. All returns and/or refunds must be made within 30 days of order date on invoice. All items returned must be in new conditions without signs of use and/or personal inflicted damages besides the normal wear and tear of correct usage. All returns of saleable products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns shipping charges are at the cost of the customer, and can be insured if desired. Any item that is deemed defective should be returned to us immediately for exchange or refund if necessary. (Please include along with the item a note describing the defect and/or the causes) All items have a lifetime guarantee. If a item is broken or is not possible for use after normal wear and tear usage, then it can be returned for a replacement part. Please see lifetime guarantee section for full details on these subjects.

For refunds - WinCrannell.com processes all refunds to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 15-20 days from receipt of the returned merchandise for the processing of your credit. For Refunds, please contact Customer Service during normal business hours. Any refunds for discounts, gift certificates, or any such device will only be allowed as a online store credit. All administration and control of this type of refund will be under the discretion of the store's management.

However, WinCrannell.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WinCrannell.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. With respect to items sold by WinCrannell.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

TAXES

All taxes are based on State, and Federal laws and requirements. Taxes are therefore applied in certain areas based on these laws and requirements. Taxes are applicable only in the state of Georgia by State and County tax areas. Shipping and Handling taxes are applicable if the items you purchase are taxable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipments - Shipping charges to all contiguous U.S. destinations are included with the prices of the merchandise. Your location within the U.S. does not matter -- all contiguous U.S. destinations are the same low rates.

All orders received before 3:30 pm (E.S.T) will be shipped the same day assuming the product is in stock.

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours after receiving. All orders will be shipped during the normal business week, Monday thru Friday. Our preferred carrier is UPS. All tracking information from UPS should be available on your shipping confirmation from WinCrannell.com. Please note that orders can be sent to post office boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses using USPS services.

Any items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. In most cases, we can get the items within 4-6 weeks of your order. Each customer has the option of receiving a partial shipment if some items on your order are not in stock. In this case, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping charges that will apply.
